Avalon Station is a High Country sheep and beef, family owned and run, farm. The farm is nestled in the foothills of the Pisa Range in the historic Cardrona Valley. The farm is 50 minutes from the Queenstown International airport, a 10 minute drive from Wanaka and just 7 minutes from the family friendly Cardrona Alpine Ski resort.

The station is spread over 1300 hectares and runs alongside the Cardrona River and up to the skyline of the Pisa Ranges. We run 4000 merino half breed sheep and 150 cattle. We offer farm stay accommodation and farm tours and endeavour to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
